Everything else is free on every plan
All view modes, all themes, recording and playing voice notes, AI summaries and tag suggestions, custom folder icons, bulk actions, and the browser extension — none of these require a paid plan. Essential is a genuinely complete product on its own, not a crippled trial. (Transcribing a voice note — turning it into searchable text — is limited to 3 on Essential; see the table above.)
Pro vs. Team
As of today, Team includes everything Pro does, priced per seat, with priority support. Team-specific collaboration features — shared workspaces, role-based access — are planned but not yet built; Team isn't currently a functionally different product from Pro, it's priced for teams who want to get ahead of that roadmap. Team isn't listed on the public pricing page right now — reach out if you want it and we'll set it up.
