Upgrade, downgrade, cancel

Changing plans and canceling — where to do it, and exactly when each change takes effect.

Upgrading

From Settings, choose Pro or Team. Either takes you to Stripe's checkout. You can go straight to Team from Essential — there's no requirement to subscribe to Pro first.

Managing your subscription

Once you're on Pro or Team, "Manage billing" in Settings opens Stripe's Customer Portal — a Stripe-hosted page where you update your payment method, switch between Pro and Team, or cancel.

Canceling

This is worth knowing before you cancel, since it's different from how some subscriptions work: there's no "keep your paid access until the period you already paid for runs out."
