Quick answers to the questions people ask most before and after they start using Trezio.

Is my data actually private?

Yes. Vault credentials are encrypted with AES-256-GCM, your data is never sold, and it's never used to train AI models. Row-level security keeps every save private to you.

What can I capture?

URL bookmarks, text notes, voice notes, and screenshots. Links, text, and voice notes can all be saved directly from the web app or the mobile app. Screenshots and images are saved from the browser extension (paste or drag-and-drop) or the mobile app's Media tab — the web app's own Add screen doesn't have a direct image-upload option yet.

How does Trezio help me organize?

Tag anything with charms instead of rigid folders, stack smart filters into views that update as you save, and get one-click AI summaries and tag suggestions whenever you want them.

Can search find more than titles?

Yes. Search reads the full text of your notes and voice-note transcripts, plus titles, descriptions, AI summaries, links and tags. Semantic search also finds saves that mean what you typed, even without the same words. It doesn't search inside the web pages you save.

What's the difference between Pro and Team?

Team is Pro with per-seat billing, built for when you're ready to share a workspace with others. Shared spaces and role-based access are coming soon — until then, Team gives you everything Pro does plus priority support.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, anytime, from your account settings — no retention flow, no phone call. You keep access until the end of your current billing period.

Is my password data safe if Trezio is ever breached?

Yes. Credentials are encrypted on your device with AES-256-GCM before they ever reach our servers — we only ever store ciphertext. Even a full database breach reveals nothing readable without your master password, which we never see.

What is ShareSpace?

A way to make a folder public and share it with a link — no login required to view it. Credentials, vault items, and deleted items are automatically excluded from anything public, no matter what.

What if I forget my master password?

It can't be recovered — that's the tradeoff of zero-knowledge encryption. We never store it, so we can't reset it either. Your bookmarks and notes stay safe; only vault credentials would need to be re-added.

Do you have a browser extension?

Yes — Chrome and Edge. One click to save the page you're on, or press ⌃⇧S to open it instantly.

Do you have a mobile app?

Yes — Trezio for Android is live on the Play Store. iOS isn't available yet; until then, trezio.app also works well as a mobile web app from your phone's browser.

Can I import my existing bookmarks?

Yes — export an HTML bookmark file from Chrome, Edge, Firefox, or Safari (or an HTML/CSV export from Raindrop.io), and everything lands in your library with folders and tags intact.

What happens to my data if I delete my account?

Everything is permanently removed. You can export your full library first, from Settings, anytime before you do.
